i found the staff helpful they quickly addressed my requests the room included a large wardrobe with ample storage space i appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided daily the hotel is near a shopping mall it had various shops and dining options
the elevator was quite small it could only accommodate a few people at a time

small room hanging wire
the location was good breakfast was also acceptable
the room was very small the bedside tables were just pieces of wood attached to the wall also the telephone wire was hanging down i kept knocking things onto the floor the bathroom was ridiculously small when i brushed my teeth i kept hitting the hair dryer the shower space was very tight

unclean bathroom missing items
the staff helped carry luggage to the fourth floor and that was acceptable.
the bathroom wasn't clean on arrival. some essential items were missing. towels and soap were not consistently available, and i found this frustrating.

The hotel location was convenient. It was a short walk to both the central area and the markets. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, I liked it. The staff was always helpful, and their service was professional.
The bathroom had a sewer smell the entire time. The noise from adjacent rooms was also very noticeable, and the noise from upstairs was even more apparent. This impacted my sleep quality, and it was not ideal.
